Where to find a boat that’s not very hard to maintain or sail (or too expensive) and yet it’s reliable for high sea? How to teach yourself about all the things that appear while sailing. How to know which countries to visit and which not (and not only because of violence or wars, but because of legislation or any other reason). What taxes are to be paid while in port or while in transit. Etc.
In the end, a link where all the questions (important ones) regarding sailing a boat by yourself and that is PROVEN to be correct. Only those that are veterans please respond.

Does the law allow the countries to have tolls on their coast? And in the high-sea? Could it be controlled by satellite?
Thanks

The Bush- Israeli last agreement call on the USA to stop any ship in the high sea to search for weapons going to Gaza.
That could start a war with Iran in the coming days or weeks or months. It is a war declearation that we must stop. Bush forced a war on Obama.

my point is suppose a trader imports oil & then sell it on high sea sale basis. On receipt of oil it is found that there is shortage of oil. In this case whether the loss due shortage is to be beared by the buyer(high sea sale basis) or the seller

I have heard that the global average temperature is not yet as high as it was during the medieval warm period. Do we know how high sea levels got during the MWP?
